
Talliosake is a Finnish company providing high-quality modular spaces for professional, hobby, and storage use. While the company had a solid foundation, their digital presence in 2016 was heavily technical and real-estate oriented. Buorre entered the partnership to transform their website into a high-performing sales tool that speaks directly to the emotions and needs of diverse target groups.
The primary objective was to move away from purely technical product descriptions and instead highlight the versatile benefits Talliosake offers to different users—from car enthusiasts and craftsmen to investors. We aimed to create a customer-friendly digital experience that would not only inform but actively convert visitors into leads, providing a scalable foundation for nationwide growth.

Our collaboration began with a total website renewal, encompassing everything from concept design and content production to technical coding. We shifted the narrative to storytelling, integrating authentic customer experiences that showcased real-world applications of the spaces.
After the new website was completed, the logical step was to move to comprehensive digital marketing, which quickly became very effective and successful. The goal was to reach Talliosake's main target groups with messages that appealed to the emotions of each target group as strongly as possible. By using precisely targeted social media advertising and high-quality visual assets—including professional photography and accurate 3D models of the premises—we reached Talliosake’s main target groups with high precision.
Although the main focus of the collaboration was on effective digital marketing, Talliosake also carried out print, banner and roadside advertising to encourage people to attend the opening events of the new stables. This aspect of marketing also worked excellently and the opening events were successful and hundreds of people showed up. In addition, we have produced plenty of high-quality marketing material for Talliosake, such as photographs and accurate 3D models of Talliosake's premises, which effectively support sales.
By shifting the focus from technical specifications to authentic customer stories, we nearly doubled the website's conversion rate and created a digital sales tool that supported a twentyfold increase in turnover.
Overall, our marketing collaboration created a solid foundation for Talliosake, on which it was good to continue the business with an upward trend in the future. Within just over two years of our collaboration, Talliosake’s turnover grew nearly 20 times over. The revamped website became the company's most important sales tool, successfully bridging the gap between property information and customer aspiration. Today, with over 3,500 spaces across Finland and Sweden, the strategic foundation we built together continues to support Talliosake’s upward trend as a market leader. Two years after the operations they had expanded to our western neighbor, Sweden. Founded back in 2010, the company has grown rapidly, and we are proud to say got to play a significant role in it.
